  The only reason I am giving two stars is that the renovation design came out the way we planned. The pool restoration is great. The price was reasonable. The customer service was horrible. When working on the pool, people were supposed to come, and then not show up after we sat waiting for them. Then they would come when we didn't know to add salt to pool, but we were using it. They left the salt for us to add. It wasn't enough so we ended up having to go buy more and add it ourselves. We had to keep contacting them to get what we were contracted for. Ramiro tries, but he was working all over Southern California, and we were last on the list. I don't blame him, but whoever owns this company does not seem to take leadership.
  
  We were promised by the owner and the office person that someone would get our pool established for a month. No one came. No one called us. As small business owners ourselves, I can't understand how the owner doesn't take a personal interest in jobs and their completion. He never even came out.
  
  We think we have finally figured out the testing and chemicals. Leslie's pool supply has taught us more than the person who was supposed to. The finish on the bottom has big white spots (calcification, I don't know) and has since two weeks in. Nobody seems to care.
